Hi,
I currently have a 2-year old male JRT. I would love to adopt a rescued female. My problem - No Fenced Yard. I live in a pretty large, 1600 sq. ft. condo, and take my current dog on the nearby nature trails almost everyday.(Yes, even in the rain.) Although, he does have his moments, he is a well behaved dog and I believe he is getting enouugh exercise. Are there ever any exceptions to the fence rule? I hate knowing that I can provide a home for a neglected dog, but can not because of the lack of a fence.
