Urination caused by excitement

Question:

How do I get my 2 and 1/2 yr old JRT to stop urinating on quest's, my roomate and myself every time we walk in the door? He is never at home alone, there is always someone here at any given time and since I've had him he has been alone a total of 25 minutes. Please help!
