Muscle cramps

Question:

My 21 month old male JRT is having severe muscle cramps. They roam around his body from limb to limb in no particular pattern. None of his bloodwork shows viable reason. These are not seizures!! It seems more like growing pains. Has anyone out there experienced anything similiar??
