Allergies?

Question:

Do you think a breeder should reimburse me for my vet. bills since my pup has allergies? My vet. said they could be considered hereditary or congenital. Have you ever heard of a breeder refunding for this?

My breeder had given me a bunch of suggestions but we went to a lot of vet visits as well. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
