AGGRESION TO ONLY TWO OTHER DOGS. PLEASE HELP

HI. i am in desperate need of help because my jrt is being aggresive to only two other dogs. he is fine with all other dogs but these and the owner of these dogs are warning to take us to court. he is neutered and very obidient. i take him to my shop everyday and he loves all my staff but when the two dogs come past he will run to the door and wait until someone comes in so he can run out and attack them. i am very worried he will attack them again because next time they will bring us to court and if he gets put down my kids would be heartbroken.
