Albino Jack Russell (deaf) 4mths old training help

Question:

I have a 4mth old Jack Russell, who is totally deaf. Could you give me advice on training methods and any other problems I may incure. She frets when left alone (only half hour each day).
I have been unable to make contact with anyone who has owned, or trained a deaf dog.
She was to be put down by the breader, because she wasn't financially viable.
