Response:

: Hi Nicki,

: It sounds like you have just about everything you will need. Make sure to enroll your puppy in a puppy class as soon as she has all of her shots. Socialization and obedience are very important in order to have a well-rounded dog.

: I am providing some links for you to read.

: Good Luck!

Response:

In addition to Marie's excellent advice, I suggest you have an appointment set up with your vet (ask your neighbors who have pets for a recommendation) within 48 hours of bringing the pup home. At this time, you can give the vet the breeder's shot/worming records for the pup, have the pup examined and set up future appointments for puppy booster shots, rabies vaccination and spay/neuter surgery.
