Question:
We have a Min Pin and now, a Jack Russel (gift). JR's name is Emmitt. Adorable, loving super dog, except, he gets out of the yard, but he comes when called. We can't sit in the yard all day and watch. Neighbors let their big pit bull run loose. How can we teach Emmitt the boundaries of the yard? Emmitt is a great dog, but we are afraid something will happen to him. Please help! Thank you Fran
