registration

Question:

We have a female JRT that is AKC registerable... however she is not registered. We have a male JRT that is JRTCA registerable... however he is not registered either. They are both purebread; from two different breeders; We have their lineage; stud certificates. The two mated and had a litter of pups. Are these pups registerable with the JRTCA when they are a year old? Thank you!
