JRT barking at night

I have a six month old jack russell that barks constantly at night. This has just started, she is only relieved when I go and sit with her at night. I would love for her to just come to bed with me, but she gets overexcited and will not sleep in the bed, she thinks it's time to play when in deed it is time to sleep. Any sleeping or barking remedies would be appreciated . Thanks
