Both times he was sleeping and immediatly woke up and sat by the door to go "pottie". neither time did he act like he even knew about peeing on the bed, and came straight back to lay down after going out. Could this be a medical problem, or is it just because of dreams.
: He also runs and barks alot in his sleep, but i've seen that in many dogs and know that's normal. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Scott, the only time this has happened to one of mine, it was a medical problme and urinary tract infection to be exact. Any time one of mine do something that is out of the ordinary for them, off to the Vet they go, to me it is better be safe than sorry.
