2 yr old - using create as potty

Our Jack is 2 years old. she stays in her create during the day while we work (about 8 hours), but she "uses" her create and then lays in it or eats her poop. How can we get her to stop this. I have tried feeding her only in the morning or at nights - but she still continues to use her create. She is house broken and doesn't wet our bed when she sleeps with us at night. She has a towel in the create so i removed that to see if she would not use the create - she did it anyway. Needless to say she gets lots of baths.
