collars & leashes

Question:

Hi I have a question about collars and leashes. Well 'Vexx' currently wears a nylon collar. He is 13 weeks now, and we got him last saturday. He abosolutely does not like wearing his collar. We're thinking about getting him a leather one. He keeps on scratching that area. When we take it off him, he stops scratching. Also with his leash, whenever we're out walking him, it tends to get tangled around him, and we have to continually stop and fix it. Which collar and leash would be the best? Oh, and he will be going into the kindergarden class this tuesday, and I would like to know what are the best treats to bring. Thanks a bunch. I love your site!
