Hi Christina,

By "ready", I'm assuming your girl is registered, Cerf & Baer tested, etc.

Finding a good stud. #1: make sure the cross is not too close #2: look for a stud whose qualities will compliment/correct those of your bitch and #3: look for a stud who is proven in the field.
