My "Dude" always lifts his right hind legg

Question:

This is a first for me to write in, but here it goes....
My "Dude" white and tan stumpy JR always lifts his hind legg, from what I understand this is know as a "Hitch" Apparently the JR breed does this. Could anyone confirm this ? Does your JR do this too ? I've taken to the vet, no problems, unless they could take an X-ray, could be that his legg is out of socket. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.
