Question:

: A few days ago I sent in a question saying that our jrt would bark at any company that came over and would stay away from them. I made a mistake and said that he was 3 and half years old when he is only 3 and half months old. We are planning on taking him to training once he gets his puppy shots. He also has a habit of wanting to eat everything in sight even if he has already been fed. I was just wondering if this was normal for his age?

: Thank You,
: Delia

Hi Delia,
Everything you have posted about is pretty much normal for this age but he is still too young to go to classes and out in public untill he has had his shots, as you know. Don't worry too much about him acting shy, that will be solved when you start classes.

The only thing you can do is keep the things that you don't want him to reach, out of his reach. Basically if he can't reach it to eat it, then he won't. Mine would eat a 50lb of food if I let them, of course I don't. Just don't worry everything sounds like a normal Jack Russell.

Regards
Linda
