Barking when playing

HI. I have a 3 yr. old female. She's a great dog. She get lots of attention and lots of playtime. The problem is when our other dog( a Golden mix) play---she barks in her excitement. The neighbors hate it. They are not dog people. She's in the house with us at night and other times during the day, but if the two are out anytime and play--she barks.
She knows to be quiet on command, but when they are home alone-they play and she barks. You get the picture. Thanks for the help! any ideas?
