upset stomach

Question:

I have an 11 year old male Jack Russell. His diet consists of Flint River Ranch kibble. Treats include fruits and veggies. Jack has a history of upset tummy with vomiting and diarrhea. Needless to say his second home seems to be the vet's office. No one who has seen him for treatment seems to know what is causing the problem....they just treat the symptoms. Have checked the yard, the house and the garage for clues as to something he may be getting into. Can't find anything.If anyone out there is dealing with this problem and found a way to solve it please let me know. Thank you
