Sick puppy

Please help. I had my JR fixed on July 18, 2002 (he was 8 mnths). About 4 days later is became extrmly sick, his lymphnos are sollwen, he has open soars on his nose, eyes, penis area, and anus. I did take him to the vet but they can't figure it out. I keep getting the runaround about his results. He does eat and drink but only if he is feed, he is extrmemly lifeless. I feel the vets are not doing everything they can. I went to a specislist who is very repuable. I just want him well and I seem to get NO help.
