The neighboors hate us.

Our 1 year old Jack Russell is never at a loss for words. She barks at the wind. She is exercised, loved, played with and even has another dog to play with. She just never stops barking and our neighboors are fuming. Will this taper off as she gets older? She stops when you tell her to but that is constant.
