Hi Jens,

If at all possible I would try to get your dog to the neighborhood where you might be able to get treatment. Since that sounds difficult and may take some time you can try treating the dog with an antihistamine. Here in the US we can buy Benadryl without a prescription but I don't know if that is possible in Germany. If not ask your vet for something comparable.

Your english is a lot better than my german so I hope this helps.
