6 week old pink eye

Maybe this isn't medical. Anyways puppy is 6 weeks old and his right eye has a pick bag under it. Almost like a humans black eye cept pink. It also appears to be lazy or not as wide open as other eye. I may but him in a couple of weeks but the eye has me worried. He is all white cept for left eye are is blk/brn and right eye is white hair.
