Hates being outside

I have a 5 month male Jack Russell as well as a new 8 month female Jack Russell both hate being left outside. We have a brand new large dog run, when we leave them in there together they just cry and bark to the point that the neighbors are calling. I have tried to make it comfortable and fun for them by putting their dog igloos with blankets and toys and their food but they still cry. When I leave them in the house while away they dont cry at all. How can I get them used to being in the kennel.
