Hi Guido,

I'm sorry but without actually observing your terrier, I can't tell you if the noises he is making are hiccups or something else. This may just be a habit or an individual "quirk" -- or it may be a medical problem. Since I believe it's better to be safe then sorry, I suggest you first check in with your vet.

Let us know what you find out about the "hiccups." :-)
