Housetraining

Are you serious when you say that after 6 months of trying to get these little dogs to do their business outside they still are unable to understand. I am horrified, I have only had Kirby for two weeks now and she is 8 weeks old. I cannot bear the thought of her still not understanding after 6 months of trying. Hey she picks up om everything pretty quick why is the toilet training so difficult?
