Hi Alvin,

When first reading your post I thought perhaps it was just that your pup was blowing it's puppy coat but with the addition of red spots, I would strongly suggest taking her to be checked out by your vet.

Can't say what might be wrong but it could be anything from allergies to ringworms, to hormonal imbalances, especially if she is getting bald spots.
