Hi Yusuf,

We are not vets on this board and if you are worried about the health of your puppy, please get it to the vet. Puppies can get car sick but if its vomiting outside of the car it's important to get this puppy to the vet NOW!

Dehydration is a dangerous condition to begin with but in a puppy can be even more so.
