Question:

: I am not a member of JRTCA but interested in going on a trial. I don't mean to enter a race or something but to see the trial. Is the Terrier Trial open to the public or only to members??
: Thank you for your answer.

Response:

Dear Joe,

All JRTCA Terrier Trials are open to anyone interested in seeing these marvelous dogs in action. You need not be a member, but I warn you, once you watch the events, talk to terrier folks, and ooh-and-ah over the terriers, you'll want to become a member!

I've never seen a Trial where there was an admission charge. We are delighted to show off our working terriers, and stress that these are genuine hunting dogs, not just ornamental posing-for-photos dogs.

Do attend a Trial when you can. You'll love it.

Thanks for your question. Carol
