Why is the name of the dog changing, and how come there is nothing on your website about this change? I love your website and JRT's, and will find it difficult to refer to them as "Parson Russell Terriers." Just curious.

I have recently heard that too. Don't know what it's all about, the only thing I can think of is that the standard is a bit different for the AKC terriers than the JRTCA terriers that allow for more of a variance in height.

You would have to contact the Club office for a better answer I;m afraid.
