Black and Tan JR

Question:

My JR is almost 98% black and tan with only V.small white stripe on chest otherwise very JR in looks. does this mean he's not a true JR?. I does'nt matter to me but would like to know if this is considerd unusual? unfavorable? etc. a little advise please. Regards Tom
