paper training

Question:

I have a 5 month old JRT who is the greatest little girl but is having house breaking troubles. I live in a three story townhouse and she does not alwyas make it to the bottom level to go. I am considering training her to use the potty pads on the middle level of the house. Would you recommend these or has anyone tried them?
