Getting a 2nd dog with a JRT

Question:

? We have 6 yo neutered male JRT "Butch", has problems with agressiveness. Are considering another dog, a Vizsla puppy, breed is like labs. Any thoughts on whether a male or female pup will be best? He has done well with Norwich male terrier cousins.
