| Question: : We have a Jack Russell terrier that is just over a year old. We have crated him since we bought him, but he still cries everytime we put him in the crate. Our neighbors have complained, and I don't know what else to do. If we don't crate him, he is destructive. What should I do?? Is he already to old to obedience train? Help!!
There is no such thing as "too old" to obedience train; please enroll your terrier as soon as possible. One of the many benefits of attending training classes is that you will actually SEE how physical and mental exercise affects your terrier's behavior. A tired terrier really doesn't have the energy to be destructive... :-) Regards, |
