Is she getting enough time?

My 3 month old puppy spends about 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon on a 50 foot lead in front of the house (we always watch her from the front office as I work at home with about 5 employees who look out for her too). Is it too lonely for her by herself? This is my first Jack Russell and I want her to be well socialized and extremely happy. We take her to the store, post office, park everyday. I just hate leaving her alone because she so small and so loving and so smart. Just how much is enough?
