Dear Maria,

You are absolutely correct to socialize Lilo with other pups; the training classroom is ideal as it provides a controlled environment for the pups to interact. This allows the instructor and the owners to supervise puppy playtime but not necessarily interfere.

You've helped Lilo by putting her in the position to have to deal with other dogs; now you need to let her learn how to do so on her own. Talk to your training instructor; I imagine he/she has some ideas on how to encourage Lilo to play with the other pups.
