vomiting

i have read thru you faq's. i have 2 jrt's quincy & kaylee. on occasion do vomit. not at any particular time of day or night. just the other day, quincy vomited up a mouse! since it isn't everyday i haven't been concerned. but i have attributed it to the fact that they put everything in their mouth! including the dreaded grass! should i be concerned? is it normal for jrt's to put things in their mouth and therefore result in the occasional vomiting?
