| Question:
: : Especially in 30 and below weather? They just seem so small and cold outside with that short fur and all. If you could let us know that would be great. : : I don't feel that any dog, regardless of breed, should be left outdoors when the temperature is below freezing. Granted, some breeds are better able to tolerate cold (not freezing) temperatures then others but the Jack Russell Terrier is not one of them. : Leslie
Dogs are social animals and should be in the home with people who love and care for them. NO dog should be given the "live sentence, no parole" situation of being left and ignored on a chain in the yard regardless of the weather. People who want a "lawn ornament" should buy one made of concrete since it has no feelings or needs. Best, |
