Tucker get very aggresive to passing car & trucks.

Tucker goes in to a fit trying to get to a passing car when we go for a walk. He likes to ride and doesn't bother a car that is setting in the yard. I try and short lease him when I see a car coming but there are times when I' m not quick enough and I have heart failure when it happens. Even on a short lease he still trys to get at the car with the fury of a viking in battle. I don't beat him but would like too at times. I hope some one can help or have an answer. Thanks Dan
