Cold/Flu

Happy New Year to everyone!!! Thank you all so much for all your wonderful help this year.

My question is a simple one. I have beeen sick on and off for the last month with a cold, the flu and all the wonderful symptoms that come with them. My pup sleeps with me all the time and is always giving kisses. Do I have to worry that he'll get sick too? I didn't think sickness could be transferred from human to pet but I thought I'd check to be sure.
