If your terrier's ears are not set properly it might just be because its teething if she's still a pup. If your dog is an adult and has one ear up and the other down, you can still record your terrier with the JRTCA provided you spay her. In order to register your terrier she would have to meet the breed standard, having an ear set like she does, she should really be spayed and recorded.
