| Question: My JR 'Dexter' is coming up to one year old. He's been neutered. When we take him for a walk, he does not like cyclists, joggers and children. He has nipped a jogger, and runs after cyclists. Dexter is very confident, and even though we correct him, we still cannot totally control him. We are very worried he will not listen to us, and have an accident. He is learning a little day-by-day, but I wonder if I have to take him to a behaviourist? And will he calm down?
