| Question: I just took my jack, Tank, to the vet today for his first visit and there was another jack there. That jack was the same age as my Tank, 10 weeks, but it was so much smaller. I thought it was a pudding jack, but the owner said that the breeder she bought her jack from said it was a regular jack. Oddly the vet that saw my jack thought he was a mix because he was so big for his age. I thought my jack was normal size considering it weighed in at 7 lbs. What is the average weight of a normal breed of jacks at the age of 10 weeks? Is it that my jack is really big or the vet misinformed me? I'm starting to get worried that I may be feeding my jack too much if he is growing too quickly for the normal jack. Keep in mind that my jack is not fat, he is pretty lean. He is still very small, about the length of my forearm.
