Question:

: My 3 and a half month old jack russell is teething and his ears are currently prick and going all kinds or directions, Would this go away? when I got him at 8 weeks his ears were normal.

Response:

Hi Mayra,

It's quite common for JRT pups' ears to do some pretty wacky things while they are teething. Most ears will go back to normal after the teething stage is over, some pups will end up with permanently prick ears and some have combinations of both and then there are the inbetweens.

If your pup has any dogs with prick ears in it's pedigree then there is the chance they may stay up.

Regards,
Marie
