Question:

About 6 months ago I got a JR from the local SPCA. She is a very loving dog which they figured was under a year at the time. We now have the problem of her attacking our older female poodle which was here long before her. If she doesn't quit we have to get rid of her. We don't want to do that but she won't let go of the other dog and we are not sure how to deal with her. Can you help? Please we love Emmy!
