Nose

Question:

I have a four month old male and I noticed that the entire tip of his nose is black but on top the black intercedes with the rest of his pigmentation. I would say that 90% of his nose is black. Is this normal? I asked my vet and she said that in time his entire nose could turn but only time would tell.
