Dear Candice,

The length of a canine pregnancy is, on average, 63 days. If Roxy was bred in early January she is at least 2/3 of the way through her pregnancy.

Since you don't know/can't tell if Roxy is indeed pregnant AND she's vomitting yellow bile, I highly recommend that you have her examined by a vet as soon as possible.
