Not sleeping through the night

My JRT Lucca will be 6 mths on 3/30. The past month or so she has not been sleeping through the night. She gets up at 3am-3:15am. She is almost like an alarm clock. She starts to paw at her crate door and whines and then starts to bark. My husband & I are practically sleep deprived. We take turns getting up and taking her out. It's not like she wants to play, she actually does have to "go". We take her out around 10pm before we go to bed and she still gets up. We get up for work at 5am. My question is, should we just ignore her at 3am? We tried it last night and after 5min of her reacting, we told her "No!" and to lay down and she calmed down and not another peep until we got up 5. I just think she is use to getting up at 3 because at 6 mths she should be able to sleep through the night. Your advise will greatly be appreciate it. Thank you!
