breaking up a litter

Question:

Today our puppies are 8 weeks old and 3 of our 4 pups will be going to new homes. Two will be going to one home and one to another couple. Is there anything I should be concerned about for my bitch? She has stopped nursing the pups. And second, is there any information I can give to the new owners (both owners currently have JR's now). Thanks and you have an excellent site.
