HELP WITH PUP

My puppy is 10 weeks old, and i a hand full. Jordan is barking, and he bites alot. He has a very short attention span. I am trying to teach tricks, but i am not 2 sure how. he eats worms outside that have dried up afer the rain, and i try 2 get him away from the worms, but when ever we go outside, he runs to the worms. He goes 2 the mulch, but i catch him be4 he goes to the mulch, because i dont want him to get splinters in this mouth. he is allowed to walk arround the kitchen and the adjacent den, but we keep an eye on him and play with him. we take him upstairs but he is only allowed to go if we are there, and only to one bedroom. When upstairs, we are practly right with Jordan. I love him, but he is a little devil. my mother has even threatened getting rid of him which i dont want to do, but i want him to calm down. Is there a such thing as ridalin for dogs??? PLEASE HELp
