8 week loves to chew everything, when to stop her?

Our new eight week chews on whatever she can get her teeth on -- anything in front of her face whether a toy, a shoe or a hand. This is pretty much the only way she plays and she is likely teething so the chewing is understandable.

SO, the question is when and how to begin to correct this behavior.
